Managing Director

Alithya

A trusted advisor bridging strategy and execution through innovative technology solutions. With 30+ years spanning finance, technology, implementation, and project management, I transform organizational visions into measurable results.

Technology innovation has been central throughout my career. I've designed systems from scratch using Oracle, Planview, and e-Builder to solve specific organizational challenges. My MBA enhanced my strategic perspective, while my PMP certification strengthened my approach to complex initiatives.

My two and a half years as a Peace Corps volunteer in Namibia, consulting with conservation NGOs, broadened my global perspective and reinforced my belief in finding commonalities rather than focusing on differences.

I believe in:

- Building authentic relationships based on accountability
- Maintaining a high say-to-do ratio that builds lasting trust
- Breaking down silos and fostering cross-functional collaboration
- Finding balance in negotiations where both parties can move forward
- Approaching challenges systematically: identify pain points, engage leadership, design processes

Today, I help global organizations implement technology solutions in professional services, construction, and engineering. Having worked in finance, technology, and operations across various industries, I understand these challenges firsthand. My goal is to be the trusted advisor for tough challenges—a safe haven for solving complex problems through technology-enabled innovation.

Beyond my professional role, I volunteer weekly at my local food pantry, making a direct impact in my community.

"The true measure of leadership is not how much you achieve, but how much you inspire others to achieve."
